T Molding
Finding a high quality durable edge for a table, work surface, or bumper edge for you application can be a difficult task. Your application may need a custom color, material, wood graining, or gloss. Whether you call it t-mold, tee mold, t-moulding, edge molding, table edging, or a bumper edge, odds are that Custom Profile has been extruding it for 22 years. In that time we have refined our process to produce high volume, high quality t-molding with short lead times.
There are three primary reasons we excel with t-molding:
- Years of T-Molding Experience
- Volume & Quality
- Versatility
Years of T-Mold Experience
T-molding is literally the first plastic profile extrusion that we produced back in 1992. We design and develop the tooling to your specific needs. Our proven process allows us to annually produce tens of millions of feet of different types of t-molding for many customers.
Types of T-Mold we produce:
- Flat
- Bullnose
- Custom
Volume & Quality
We extrude t-molding on equipment that has been specifically designed to do so. Refining our process over the years has enabled us to produce large volume high quality parts.
What does that mean for you?
- Lower cost
- Increased delivery speeds
- Exceptional quality – i.e. smoother surfaces, consistent graining, consistent color matching
Versatility
You may require a basic t-mold, something with a seamless fit or your application may be a little more complicated. Our process is more than capable of handling that for you.
A few of the ways we are experienced in producing t-molding:
- Custom color matching
- Wood grain
- Glow in the dark
- Hollow
- Co-extrusion (dual duromater) extrusion
Materials we are experienced with to extrude t-molding:
- Rigid PVC
